Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment. To obtain a credit

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before Returning a Product.

1) Manuafcturer/Supplier/Factory Defect in Product or Error: Item must be returned by customer within the first 30 days of invoice for full credit for merchandise (minus freight charges) - Or customer may receive an original replacement shipment at no charge once item is returned.

2) Customer Error During Order Process: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Everything Offroad (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Customer will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or a credit.

3) Custom Prodcuts or Custom Fabricated Prodcuts: no exchanges, no refunds, no exceptions, and no returns on any customized products or custom fabricated products due to customer ordering error.

4) : Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Everything Offroad (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). 5) Electronic items are non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable if opened from original packaging. (Unless they are defective or damaged during shipping, You must contact us in this case). Returns may be required to send the electronics to the original manufacturer for replacement.
